Mr Hall tested for his 3rd Degree Black Belt and Tyler Kinsmen tested for his 1st Degree Black Belt on Wednesday December 7th, 2011 at Taurus Taekwondo. Both were successful in attaining their next levels. Check out the pictures Here.

Commando Krav Maga Seminar : Oct 21st from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm 2011. All Ground Fighting Course 4 first time for this course.
Next Testing Taekwon-Do : Tuesday Oct 11th 2011 6:00pm please ask for details if needed.
CKM Testing :Level 1 and 2 Student Oct 28th 2011 must register, details to follow start time is 6:00 pm

We will be hosting a Sparring Seminar Sept 30th 2011 from 5:00 pm until 8:00pm. Mr. Scott will be teaching the full 3 hours. This is open to all clubs. You must pre-register to confirm a spot. This seminar will have a cut off to register so don't delay. We hope to see good numbers from other clubs. The cost is $40.00 please bring a pen, paper, snacks and drinks. Please make payments to your instructors in cash or drop by the club to pay.

Check out our new special pricing for children!! Kids 4-12 can train for just $50 per month.
Starting in fall we will hold 2 Kettle Bell Classes per week, come try a class you wont regret it!!

Until further notice there will be no Grappling and Command Krav Maga classes on Wednesday. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Classes will resume at a later date.
There will be no classes on Monday April 25th, 2011 due to the holiday.
The kids Dodgeball Tournament will now be held on Monday May 2nd, 2011.

Congratulations to all of our students that attended the ICTF Calgary Regional Tournament yesterday in Strathmore. 18 students attended (the largest amount to ever attend for Integrity Martial Arts) and we came away with many medals and a great experience for all. Great job all of you!!!

We are very excited to announce that Master Craig Stanley 8th Degree Black Belt will conduct a Patterns Seminar at Integrity Taekwondo on Friday April 8th 2011. Master Stanleys seminars are excellent and we encourage all of our students to attend.
We are inviting students from clubs all over Alberta to this event so sign up early as this event will sell out.

We are going to host a FREE Bully seminar for all kids 5-12 years old. Kids will learn to recognize "What is Bullying?", "Why do kids bully?", "What are the signs of bullying?","What are the types of Bullies?" and "What do we do if Bullies get Physical?"
We will also have live demostrations and show some techniques to escape if bullying does get physical
We ask that everyone that registers bring a food donation for the Inter Faith Food Bank

So we have a busy few months coming up. We have two seminars that EVERYONE should be attending. Why? Because if you want to advance within Taekwon-do you have to train. Every belt means you train harder for the next. These seminars are at the best times for us and are very cheap. Before testing and before a tournament placed to make the most out of the time. A seminar is worth a months worth of training towards your next belt level so two seminars is worth two months. You still have to be ready but this is how you get there. Train hard and train lots.

Hello everyone. As the club has been growing and we are getting more and more senior belts i have decided to add a green belt and above class. Twice a month on Friday night open training night we will train from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. People are encouraged to come on time but it is better to show up late rather than not make these classes at all. You could also let me know if you can't make it right at 5:00pm I know 5:00pm is early. Better that you train. So the first two dates are Feb 4th and Feb 18.
so open class on Friday will now be from 6:30 to 9:00pm.
Next Tournament is Feb 5th 2011 it is an open tournament it will be point stop. More information to follow this week.
