ICTF style Taekwon-Do is offered for students of all levels ages 4 and up. Family, adult and children classes are offered throughout the week. Taekwon-Do training involves self-defense, sparring, patterns, board breaking and competitions. Our students are encouraged and given first priority to attend special seminars and competitions.

Kids Anti-Bullying Seminar
A unique kids only self-defense seminar is offered at least once a year to the public. Learn about bullying, bully prevention and practice safe hands on self-defense techniques.

Commando Krav Maga (CKM) is a highly effective, easy to learn reality-based training for Gun & Rifle Disarming, Vicious Knife Attacks and Threats, Violent Strangles, Ground Survival, Fast and Brutal Striking Scenarios, Pressure Points, Violent Headlocks, Explosive Baseball Bat Attacks, Clinch Defense, Surprise Attacks, Escape from Unexpected Street-holds, Improvised Weapons, Crime and Terrorism Survival Skills, Grappling and Striking techniques, Pre and Post Conflict Tactics, Commando Training Tips and much more!
This course is suitable for men and woman age 14 and up.
